Guest Speaker: Kelly Lester

 "Have you had enough?" It was just four words, but it was a turning point question in Kelly Lester's life. For 15 years, Kelly had been running from the Lord, desperate to fill the hurting places in her heart with men, drugs, and every other kind of coping mechanism. But after nearly losing her life in a violent domestic fight, Kelly came to a place of surrender to the question God was asking her.

"But God, do you know the things I've done?"

"Yes, Kelly, but if you follow me, I will make beauty from ashes."

Walk For Life 

 

 Sanctity of Human Life Sunday (SOHLS) - January 19, 2025

Sanctity of Human Life Sunday (SOHLS) is a day every January (usually the 3rd Sunday) when churches nationwide celebrate the sanctity of human life and catch the vision for what God is doing in local pregnancy centers like Your Loving Choices. Churches can participate all month long and in the following ways:

1. PRAY! We covet your prayers. God is doing something amazing at YLC and we need your prayers to continue this vital community ministry. 

2. Order bulletin inserts for your congregations. There is no charge for the inserts.

3. Schedule a speaker from Your Loving Choices. A 5-7-minute presentation in your service(s) is a blessing to us and a wonderful way to familiarize your people with a local ministry that's addressing the pro-life issue in a positive way. A link to a 3-5-minute video presentation that you can use on your own has been linked at the bottom of the page.

4. Participate in our Baby Bottle Project. Baby bottles are distributed to your congregation on SOHLS so they can fill them with their spare change, pray for our ministry and return them one month later. This would be administered by someone in the church and is a great way for families and children to make a difference.
